Hi All! I'm Cat with Pocketful of Posies. I love doing wood signs. So today I thought I'd share my secret weapon when it comes to getting vinyl designs to stick to my wood projects every. single. time!

What is this magic product? This Matte Polycrylic from Minwax.

Because it is water based it dries extremely fast, and doesn't leave and oily residue. Which is exactly what is preventing your vinyl designs from properly adhering to the wood surface in the first place. Plus since it's a matte finish it won't drastically alter the look of your wood project.
